 Total Body Fitness:  Do you want to be lean and fit? Total Body Fitness or TBF is a 12 week body transformation course.  It is the ultimate way to get the results you’ve been looking for.  We’ve created this program with the adult professional in mind.  In just 12 weeks you can lose 10, 20 even 30 pounds of unwanted fat.  Our program is far less expensive than a personal trainer and results are guaranteed!  TBF is based on five key areas that will give you success.

  1. Nutrition:  We will teach you everything you need to know about eating to win. Our highly qualified staff can help you adjust your eating so you are healthy for life.  Your first step will include a group nutrition class and then we will provide ongoing nutrition counseling.
  2. Exciting cardio kickboxing:  Tired of the tread mill?  Bored with the gym?  Are you paying a personal trainer and get slim to no results at all!?  Kickboxing is one of the most fun work outs you can have!  Our instructors mix it up so that you are always excited about coming to class.  And kickboxing can burn up to 1000 calories per hour.  Imagine the fat melting off your body to reveal a new healthy you! This is safe non-contact class and is perfect for people of any age.  Not only that, we are going to teach you correct Muay Thai form so if you decide to go to a more traditional martial arts class you will be ready.
  3. Core strength training:  Tone and shape your body and increase your balance by training what matters most; your core strength. You can not get the kind of body you dream of without resistance work.  This doesn’t mean bulking up, it means getting the muscle tone you want.  If you do not do resistance work, quite often a person will loose muscle mass and at the end of a diet, will end up with a higher body fat percentage than when they started.   4. Behavior modification:  Having trouble putting down the doughnut?
