Each TBF class has the perfect mixture of
kickboxing, bag, work, Pilates, Yoga, band work, and our newest
exercises kettle bells! Every move is demonstrated safely by our
certified staff, allowing you to learn the perfect form for each move.
You'll gain muscle, lose fat, get fit, and have fun during every
minute of your workout! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned
athlete, this workout is for you. You will sweat, you will burn,
